Videos should also be in either .mp4 or .mov format. Lastly, it’s important to note that once you’ve uploaded your video, it may take up to 24 hours for it to appear on your Google My Business profile.

When you add a video to your Google My Business profile, it will appear in the ‘Videos’ tab on your profile. Videos can also appear in Google search results, where they can catch the attention of potential customers who may be searching for businesses like yours.
