How To Manage Multiple Google Analytics Accounts

Google Analytics Does Not Show Code Under User Managment

If you’re managing several websites or digital properties, you may need to work with multiple Google Analytics accounts. Fortunately, Google Analytics makes it easy to manage multiple accounts and switch between them. Here’s how to manage multiple Google Analytics accounts:

First, log in to your Google Analytics account and click on the Admin button located on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. From here, you’ll see a dropdown menu with three columns: Account, Property, and View. Click on the Account column, and you’ll see a list of all the Google Analytics accounts you currently have access to.

To add a new account, click on the “Create Account” button located at the top right-hand side of the screen. You’ll be asked to provide information about the new account, including the account name and website URL.

To switch between accounts, simply click on the account name in the Account column and select the account you want to access. Once you’ve selected an account, you can view and manage its properties and views.

One important note: Google Analytics does not show code under user management. This means that if you need to add or edit the tracking code for a specific property, you’ll need to do so directly in the website’s HTML. Alternatively, you can use a tag management system like Google Tag Manager to manage your tracking codes more easily.

By following these steps, you can easily manage multiple Google Analytics accounts and keep track of your website analytics data. Just remember to keep your tracking codes up-to-date and accurate for the most reliable data.
