How To Hide Google Analytics Tracking Code

How To Hide Address On Google My Business

Google Analytics is a powerful tool for tracking website traffic and user behavior. However, there may be situations where you do not want to display the tracking code on your website for various reasons. In this article, we will discuss how to hide Google Analytics tracking code from your website.

The first thing you need to do is log in to your Google Analytics account, and click on the Admin button in the bottom left corner. From there, you will need to go to the Tracking Info section and select Tracking Code. Here, you will find the tracking code that you need to insert into your website’s HTML code. Instead of displaying the code on your website, you can create a separate file to store the code and link to it from your website’s HTML code. This will ensure that the tracking code is not visible to your website’s visitors.

Another important aspect to consider when it comes to hiding information on Google is how to hide address in Google My Business. If you are a business owner who does not want to display their physical address for privacy or security reasons, there are ways to do it. First, log in to your Google My Business account and select the “Info” tab. From there, you can select the “Address” field and click on the “Edit” button. Here, you will find the option to “Clear Address” which will remove your physical address from Google My Business. Keep in mind that this will also remove your business from Google Maps, so you may want to consider adding a service area instead.

Lastly, if you want to hide address on Google My Business, you can use the same method as above. By selecting the “Clear Address” option in the “Address” field, you will remove your physical address from Google My Business. However, if you still want to appear on Google Maps, you can add a service area instead. This will ensure that your business still shows up on the map, but your physical address will not be visible to users. Overall, there are various ways to hide information on Google, whether it’s your Google Analytics tracking code or your business’s physical address on Google My Business.
